Job summary

Senior Helpers is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead the recruitment process from sourcing to interviews, onboarding, and ongoing support. You will collaborate with leadership to determine hiring needs, conduct candidate screenings, and manage ATS postings while representing the company at events.

The role emphasizes autonomy, task variety, and a commitment to quality in a home-care environment. Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of related experience and familiarity with Hireology.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working in Hireology.
• 1–3 years related experience, preferably high-volume recruiting in a Home Care Agency.
• Experience with recruitment processes best practices.
• Proven ability to pass criminal background screen.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supervisor and department manager to determine hiring needs.
• Conduct pre-screen interviews, analyze responses, verify references, and compare qualifications to job requirements.
• Create, post, and maintain job advertisements through the ATS database.
• Input complete applicant and employee information into home care software and ATS.
• Maintain database with candidate contact information and communication records.
• Assist in onboarding process for new hires; communicate recruitment process and orientation requirements.
• Represent company at job fairs and events as necessary.
