Job summary

TEAM NY is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead day-to-day recruitment across our healthcare agencies in New York City and Long Island. You will manage a high-volume of openings, partner with hiring leaders, and supervise two Recruiting Coordinators in a full-cycle role from sourcing to onboarding.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in recruiting (healthcare/home care preferred), strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, and fluency in English and Mandarin (Cantonese

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple agencies and departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to set priorities and define candidate profiles.
• Build candidate pipelines via job boards, social media, referrals, and partnerships.
• Screen candidates, provide timely evaluations, and present recommendations.
• Keep the process moving from interview to offer with a positive experience.
• Train and manage Recruiting Coordinators to ensure consistency and service.
• Ensure managers have updates and support for hiring decisions.
• Maintain current job descriptions, ads, and candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate records and use data to improve speed and quality.

About the Role.

TEAM NY is seeking an organized, people-focused Recruiting Manager to lead day-to-day recruitment efforts across our healthcare agencies. Reporting to the Senior Director of Recruiting and Onboarding, this role manages a high volume of openings, partners with hiring leaders, and manages two Recruiting Coordinators.. The Recruiting Manager owns the full-cycle recruiting process—from sourcing and screening candidates through interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, juggling multiple priorities, improving processes, and helping teams hire the right people.. .

What You’ll Do.

• Deliver consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes across multiple departments and affiliated agencies by managing the full recruitment lifecycle..
• Partner with hiring managers and the Senior Director of Recruiting and Onboarding to set clear hiring priorities, define candidate profiles, and execute effective recruitment plans..
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, community partnerships, and other sourcing channels..
• Identify and advance qualified candidates through timely screening, thoughtful evaluation, and clear recommendations to hiring teams..
• Keep the hiring process moving efficiently from interview through offer and onboarding, with a positive and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers..
• Lead, train, and manage Recruiting Coordinators so the team delivers consistent, responsive service and follows established recruiting practices..
• Ensure hiring managers have accurate, timely updates and the support needed to make informed hiring decisions..
• Maintain clear, compelling, and current job descriptions, recruitment advertisements, and candidate communications..
• Keep accurate recruiting records and use activity data to provide visibility into open roles, candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, and hires..
• Use recruiting data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, candidate experience, and team processes..
• Protect candidate and employee information by handling all records and communications with discretion and confidentiality..

What You’ll Bring.

• Bachelor’s degree required..
• 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related professional experience; healthcare or home care recruiting experience is a plus..
• Experience leading, training, or supporting team members is preferred..
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills..
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment..
• Sound judgment and the ability to handle confidential information with care..
• Proficiency with recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Facebook..
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, calendars, video-conferencing tools, spreadsheets, and collaboration platforms; ability to learn new systems quickly..
• Fluency in English and Mandarin required; Cantonese preferred..
