Job summary

Home Health Care Agency in Flushing, NY seeks a lead full-cycle recruiter in a hybrid role. You will manage high-volume healthcare recruiting across TEAM NY, a yearly salary of $66,300 to $70,000, and lead two Recruiting Coordinators while reporting to the Senior Director of Recruiting and Onboarding.

You will drive end-to-end recruiting, build pipelines, screen candidates, and keep hiring managers updated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience; healthcare/home care recruiting a plus.
• Experience leading, training, or supporting team members is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment and confidentiality with candidate information.
• Proficiency with recruiting platforms including Indeed, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin required; Cantonese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting, from sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding support.
• Build and maintain pipelines using job boards, social media, referrals, community partnerships, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidates with timely, thoughtful recommendations to hiring teams.
• Ensure the process stays efficient and professional for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide accurate, timely updates to hiring managers and ensure they have support to make informed decisions.
• Maintain current job descriptions, recruitment advertisements, and candidate communications.
• Keep accurate recruiting records and use activity data to provide visibility into open roles and hiring progress.
• Apply recruiting data and feedback to improve speed, quality, candidate experience, and team processes.
• Handle all records and communications with discretion and confidentiality to protect candidate and employee information.

How you’ll support hiring success

In this role, you will drive consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes across multiple departments and affiliated agencies by owning the full recruitment lifecycle. You will collaborate with hiring managers and the Senior Director of Recruiting and Onboarding to establish hiring priorities, define candidate profiles, and execute recruitment plans.

Lead and develop your recruiting team

You will lead, train, and manage Recruiting Coordinators so the team delivers responsive service and follows established recruiting practices.

What we need from you

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related experience; healthcare or home care recruiting experience is a plus
• Experience leading, training, or supporting team members is preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Sound judgment and comfort handling confidential information
• Proficiency with recruiting platforms including Indeed, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, including calendars, video-conferencing tools, spreadsheets, and collaboration platforms; ability to learn new systems quickly
• Fluency in English and Mandarin required; Cantonese preferred
