Job description

As Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing recruitment strategies to help attract and hire qualified employees. The recruitment manager will proactively identify and address hiring needs while evaluating and refining sourcing, selection, interview and recruitment procedures and processes.


Recruitment Manager responsibilities include managing a team of recruiters and crafting sourcing strategies for various roles, from entry to executive-level positions. The Recruitment Manager will ensure recruiters provide an excellent candidate experience, while meeting business goals, building a strong talent pipeline, filling vacancies and supporting future hiring needs.


Responsibilities include:

  • Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps).
  • Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
  • Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
  • Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies.
  • Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process.
  • Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization.
  • Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization).
  • Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant.
  • Manages and develops the team of HR Recruiters.
  • Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics.
  • Designs training recruitment for HR Recruiters and line managers.


Qualifications & Requirements:

6-8 years' experience as a senior-level recruiter, with at least 3 years of management experience.

Bachelor's Degree preferred, Master's degree a plus.

Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.

Success managing, developing and leading a team.

Proven success in recruiting senior and executive level roles in the product, marketing customer success and sales.

Demonstrated and facilitated recruitment process improvements with a proven ROl for the company.

Strong project management skills with proven ability to have developed and led talent acquisition strategy.

Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems.

3+ years of experience with VMS systems

Work Schedule: Night shift (India time) to align with U.S. business hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, as the company is based in the United States.
