BASIC PURPOSE

The Staffing Specialist is responsible for fulfilling client orders within the region. The role contributes to regional success by providing high-quality candidates to meet client needs, driving revenue, gross profit, and market share.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  1. Fulfill client orders as assigned within the region.
  2. Ensure orders are updated in the system and signals are sent to the Sourcing and Recruitment teams.
  3. Call on clients for ongoing needs, relationship building, and diversification opportunities.
  4. Build relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCP).
  5. Achieve activity and productivity metrics.
  6. Partner with clients to determine staffing needs; offer assignments to qualified staff.
  7. Manage open orders, submit files, and expedite interviews and offers to support regional performance goals.
  8. Stay informed of hospital file requirement changes and communicate them to the region.
  9. Build rapport and maintain communication with candidates and clients to develop positive relationships.
  10. Resolve candidate and client concerns promptly, demonstrating standards of excellence.
  11. Conduct candidate and client visits to increase brand recognition and networking.
  12. Interview, screen, and evaluate field applicants appropriately.
  13. Monitor and evaluate the performance of field staff and ongoing client needs through regular follow-up.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least one year of related experience, preferably in staffing.
  • Proficiency in computer systems; experience with databases or automated programs is a plus.
Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Company equipment (laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset) will be provided for use during employment.
