The intern will work under the Director of Human Resources, gaining exposure to hiring procedures and compliance while developing professional communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams) and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates ability to work in accordance with guiding principles.
• Supports HR to fill staffing needs and follow hiring procedures.
• Screens resumes, conducts interviews, and assists with offers and onboarding.
