Clearwater Shower Bath, LLC is seeking an outgoing HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our in-house team in Clearwater, FL. You’ll help attract, identify, and hire talent while gaining hands‑on experience in recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations.

This full‑time, in‑office role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive benefits after 60 days, and opportunities for growth within Human Resources as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting or HR-related roles
• Familiarity with Indeed and ATS
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruiting process from application to hire, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Proactively contact applicants by phone, text, and email
• Conduct initial phone interviews and assess qualifications
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up promptly
• Create and post job ads on Indeed and other platforms
• Maintain candidate records and ATS data accurately
• Build talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
• Partner with managers to understand staffing priorities and hiring goals
• Assist HR Manager with onboarding, documentation, and HR initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
