NC State University in Raleigh is seeking a Recruiting Support Specialist to assist a team of recruiting professionals and support, positively impact all prospective CALS students. You will help recruit, enroll and foster communications with students and partners.

Duties include event coordination, greeting visitors, handling inquiries, coordinating yield efforts, inputting data in Slate, and maintaining CALS Nominate a Student site in collaboration with CALS Communications.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
• Event planning and/or project management experience.
• Experience working with a student information database system.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain effective communication with prospective students, applicants, parents/guardians, school counselors and partners to help identify, recruit, and enroll a new student class each year.
• Support CALS Recruiting Team as the primary event preparation coordinator (reserve rooms, prepare recruiting materials/giveaways, gather and input student information, etc).
• Assist with Recruiting Team operations and duties including greeting campus visitors, answering phone calls, responding to email inquiries, and other projects as needed.
• Coordinate CALS Spend a Day at State visitation and recruitment program and set up department meetings and class observations.
• Input and assess student information in Slate, the University’s prospective student database management system.
