Job summary

The Nagler Group seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to support a client's talent acquisition team on a temporary basis. This role offers remote-friendly work after training and is based in Manchester, NH.

Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, posting openings in the ATS, onboarding support, sourcing and screening assistance, and maintaining hiring data. Training will be provided on-site before remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple calendars and shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews across multiple hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process.
• Post job openings and maintain requisitions in the ATS.
• Support onboarding tasks for new hires.
• Assist recruiters with sourcing and screening as needed.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring data.
