LVT's Talent Acquisition team is offering an internship for a Recruiting Coordinator Intern to gain hands-on experience inside a high-growth tech company. You'll coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and support day-to-day TA operations that fuel our rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, ideally junior or senior year.
• Able to work on-site at our American Fork headquarters 30+ hours per week for the duration of the internship.
• Strong track record of past success in academics, extracurriculars, and/or work experience.
• Organized, detail-obsessed, and able to juggle multiple priorities with accuracy and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across multiple functions, time zones, and calendars with precision and speed.
• Manage candidate communication to ensure an exceptional and timely experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate data, notes, and tracking within our ATS (Workday).
• Partner with recruiters to troubleshoot scheduling challenges and streamline workflows.
• Prepare candidate materials, interview packets, and process documentation.
