Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR context is required.
• Ability to run full-cycle recruiting processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full hiring pipeline from application to start date.
• Create and post job ads and manage ATS records.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
• Track KPIs and recruit across multiple territories.
