Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a gospel-centered Recruiting Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This full-time role focuses on reviewing and processing a high volume of applications and supporting tickets from candidates and program leaders across many local programs.

The Recruiting Coordinator will ensure applications move through the hiring process with clear communication and care, conducting screenings as needed and maintaining accurate records in the ATS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with HRIS or ATS systems.
• Excellent time management and deadline-driven.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Review a high volume of applications for completeness and mission alignment.
• Request missing information and move applications through the process.
• Respond to recruitment-related tickets with accuracy, clarity and care.
• Guide program leaders on recruiting processes, requirements and next steps.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings or interviews as needed.
• Maintain complete and accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Monitor candidate pipelines and follow up to prevent delays.
• Meet established service-level expectations for review, ticket response and candidate follow-up.
• Identify recurring questions or process issues and contribute to improvements in recruiting resources, templates and workflows.
• Support the preparation and delivery of employment offers as assigned.
• Help provide a consistent, positive experience for candidates and local program leaders.
