Job summary

Life.Church seeks a Recruiter Partner to support the end-to-end hiring process, from posting roles to final interviews. You will craft job postings, market the role, source candidates, and support events while aligning with hiring leaders and HR partners.

You will champion Life.Church’s employer brand, maintain candidate relationships, and help drive recruitment projects that support the mission and values of the organization.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1 year of related work experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Source Talent and Develop Pipeline: promote employer brand, engage candidates on social networks, conduct touchpoint calls, source referrals, and attend career events.
  • Partner with Hiring Leader to define role expectations and candidate profile, coach through selection, and align on final interview.
  • Support Interview Process and Candidate Experience: ensure timely communication, streamline pipeline flow, and assist in interview trainings.
  • Provide weekly updates and monthly reports on recruitment metrics and trends to leadership.

The Recruitment Partner will be responsible for supporting the hiring process, from posting an open role to the final interview. This role will be responsible for creating a career posting, partnering with the hiring leader throughout the hiring process, marketing and advertising the role, sourcing candidates, supporting the final interview process, and supporting all recruitment projects and events as needed.

The Recruitment Partner utilizes their skillset to deliver outcomes that align with the direction of their team to further Life.Church’s mission and to reach people for Christ.

What You'll Do
Source Talent and Develop Pipeline
  • Champion and promote the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates by identifying and engaging with potential candidates through social media, professional networks and referrals.
  • Conduct touchpoint calls with interested candidates for hard to fill roles.
  • Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities.
  • Source referrals from current team members and external networks such as LinkedIn and Findem.
  • Partner with Hiring Leader, HR and Benefits Partners to identify trends in what types of candidates are needed for open headcount.
  • Attend and support Career Fairs and networking/relationship building events.
Partner and Consult with Hiring Leaders
  • Lead intake and strategy sessions with every Hiring Leader to clarify role expectations and define the candidate profile.
  • Provide coaching and consulting throughout the selection process, including interview feedback, competency assessment, and cultural alignment.
  • Prepare and facilitate Final Interview prep meetings for every final interview, ensuring Hiring Leaders are prepared and aligned.
  • Provide weekly pipeline updates and monthly reporting on recruitment metrics and trends to Hiring Leaders and the Director of Recruitment on high‑priority roles.
Support Interview Process and Candidate Experience
  • Support interviews as an active consultant, ensuring the process reflects organizational values and creates a positive candidate experience.
  • Ensure timely and consistent communication with candidates at every stage, keeping them informed and cared for throughout the process.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to streamline candidate communication and manage pipeline flow.
  • Support in trainings for leaders (e.g., LinkedIn use, interview strategies, SPT) to strengthen hiring capability across the organization.
  • Assist in phone screenings and interviews as needed, ensuring consistency and missional alignment in hiring decisions.
