Hex is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in San Francisco to support the recruiting team and hiring managers. You will coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and help scale our hiring processes while preserving a high-touch candidate experience that makes applicants feel valued from first contact to offer.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or similar.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Comfortable working with senior leaders and managing changing schedules.
• Attention to detail across time zones, room bookings, interviewer swaps.
• Ownership and self-direction in fast-moving environments where processes are still being built.
• Genuine interest in hiring and creating a great candidate experience.
• Availability to work from our San Francisco office at least 3 days per week.

Responsabilités

• Own interview scheduling and coordination across teams and interview loops.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to keep processes moving quickly.
• Create a high-touch candidate experience from initial interview through offer.
• Manage onsite interview logistics and welcoming experience for visitors to SF office.
• Keep recruiting systems (Ashby, ModernLoop, Notion, Juicebox) up to date.
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively fix issues using data.
• Help build recruiting processes and templates as volume grows (AI automation when possible).
• Support onboarding and recruiting events as needed.
