Job summary

Community Options, Inc. in Charleston, SC is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage full-cycle recruitment for our local staff serving individuals with disabilities. You will partner with management to ensure compliant hiring and smooth onboarding.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in recruiting or HR, a High School diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and proficiency with LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, referrals, and MS Office. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting or HR.
• Proficiency with multiple recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter.
• Understanding of local regulatory requirements and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned region(s).
• Maintain applicant data in HRIS and track flow.
• Schedule interviews and extend offers.
• Onboard new employees and coordinate training.
• Maintain training records and compliance with state requirements.
• Represent Community Options at job fairs and community events.
