Job summary

Thirty Madison Ventures is building a high-performance recruiting team for the skilled trades. You’ll start as a Recruiting Coordinator in a ground-floor environment that values hustle and ownership, with a fast track toward Lead Recruiter and Recruiting Manager.

You’ll run the full front end of the pipeline, from building search criteria and Boolean searches to screening, reference checks, and scheduling with the Lead Recruiter.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar recruiting, sourcing, or high-volume outreach role.
• Experience with boolean search and sourcing tools (Indeed, LinkedIn, HireClick, TruePeopleSearch) preferred; hunger to master them required.
• Strong phone and communication skills; great screener.
• Excellent organizational skills and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build search criteria from active job requisitions and run Boolean searches to generate candidate shortlists.
• Filter and prioritize candidates on experience, certifications, and job stability.
• Track down direct contact info and reach out via phone, text, and Indeed messages.
• Hit the phones: calls, texts, and Indeed messages — every touch logged in the tracker.
• Run initial phone screens to confirm experience and gauge interest.
• Complete reference checks and document everything before a candidate advances.
• Book confirmed candidates onto the Lead Recruiter's calendar with prep notes.
• Hand off fully-screened, fully-documented candidates — no loose ends.
• This is a high-volume, multi-touchpoint pipeline. You'll manage a lot of moving pieces every single day.
