• Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination for roles across the G&A, GTM, Engineering, Product, and Design teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview lifecycle with an on-brand experience.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage interview logistics, panel selection, calendar coordination, and candidate communications.
• Maintain and continuously improve scheduling workflows, documentation, and coordination processes.
• Support onboarding logistics and broader talent operations projects as the operations team scales.
