Job summary

Radiant, an El Segundo, CA-based startup, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a 3–6 month contract-to-hire role. You will support the recruiting function, schedule interviews across time zones, and manage candidate communications in a fast-paced environment.

This onsite position emphasizes improving processes, ensuring ATS data integrity, and partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to scale our team as Radiant builds the world’s first portable zero-carbon nuclear microreactor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years in recruiting, HR, or operations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort with scheduling tools, ATS, and spreadsheets.
• Attention to detail and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones.
• Manage candidate communications and first point of contact.
• Maintain ATS data integrity and pipeline visibility.
• Improve recruiting workflows and identify bottlenecks.
• Support dashboards, metrics, and reporting for decision making.
• Assist with documentation of recruiting processes and onboarding handoffs.
• Help manage recruiting events and campus recruiting.
