What we're looking for:

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to facilitate the movement of candidates through the recruitment process in a timely manner. The Recruiting Coordinator will assist with finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent that satisfy our organizational needs. Additional responsibilities include:

  1. Prepare and post internal/external advertisements in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  2. Manage multiple open requisitions to ensure all positions are filled in a timely manner.
  3. Review resumes and applications to prescreen candidates for all open and confidential positions across multiple disciplines.
  4. Schedule and conduct introductory phone screens and coordinate in-person and virtual interviews for hiring managers.
  5. Document all full-cycle recruitment activities through our ATS, including candidate outreach, communication with hiring managers, status updates, assessment results, job offers, reference and background checks, etc.

The ideal Recruiting Coordinator will have:

  1. Availability to ideally begin work as soon as possible, but no later than July 1st, and continue through the end of November.
  2. Bachelor's degree.
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain positive collaborative relationships among all team members.
  4. Familiarity with resume databases and professional networks.
  5. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  6. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): experience with Greenhouse and/or Paylocity Software is a plus.
  7. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  8. Ability to handle sensitive, moderately complex, and confidential information.
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a mindset of continuous improvement.
  10. Enthusiastic approach, initiative, and consistent follow-through.
  11. A highly organized, eager-to-learn go-getter willing to work hard to achieve results.
  12. Flexibility, adaptability, and patience.
