Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled freelance Recruiter or HR Consultant to assist with time-sensitive hiring needs for this project. The ideal candidate will have prior experience recruiting for companies engaged in SAP implementations, and a strong grasp of the types of roles typically required for enterprise ERP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles supporting an SAP S/4HANA program
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates across various disciplines
• Source candidates open to full-time, onsite relocation to Botswana
• Collaborate closely with our internal team to define hiring priorities and timelines
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth recruitment process from outreach to offer

Ideal Profile:

• At least 3 years experience recruiting for companies involved in ERP or SAP implementations
• Understanding of enterprise IT and ERP staffing
• Strong network of SAP professionals in India
• Available to start immediately

Engagement Type:

• Freelance / Contract (2-3 months initially)
