Qualifications

• Experience scheduling a high volume of interviews and meetings with nuanced availability.
• Highly organized with a knack for prioritizing a strong candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end scheduling of all candidate interviews
• Partner with recruiters to provide exceptional candidate support and ensure smooth execution of onsite interviews
• Guide candidates through the interview pipeline with clear and frequent communication to candidates and hiring managers
• Coordinate candidate travel and handle associated expenses, as necessary
• Streamline processes to elevate the experience for both external candidates and internal stakeholders
