Staffing Synergies Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator located in Matawan/Edison, NJ. The role is full-time, day shift with flexibility, paying $26/hour. The position focuses on connecting people with opportunities and supporting workforce success.

You will source, recruit, onboard, and screen candidates, post jobs on multiple platforms, and coordinate interviews while maintaining pipelines and meeting hiring goals. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.

• Maintain recruiting pipelines and ensure hiring goals are met.
• Attend recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach activities.
• Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
• Create recruiting flyers and advertisements to attract top talent.
• Support HR and operations teams as needed.
