Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling across hiring teams and candidates.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
• Maintain and update the ATS with accurate, timely information.
• Manage job postings across recruiting platforms.
• Prepare offer letters and coordinate background check processes.
• Compile recruiting metrics and support regular reporting to leadership.
• Continuously improve the candidate experience.
