Job Description
Savory is looking for a forward-thinking, hands-on Recruiter for one of our portfolio brands.
What You'll Do
- Occasional travel in and out of state to new store openings, facilitating and hosting hiring events.
- Post jobs on multiple career sites
- Source in-bound and out-bound candidates
- Hire at least one or two General Managers per week
- Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers, and sometimes arranging travel for visiting candidates.
- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone, text, and email
- Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials.
- Identify opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Update candidate records in recruiting systems
- Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status updates
- Staff new store locations in time for grand openings
- Lead in coordinating other recruiting activities as needed
- Source active and passive candidates
- Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers, in some cases, arranging travel for visiting candidates
- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
- Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials.
- Identify opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Participate in planning recruiting strategy, including potential future openings and high-level forecasting.
- Update candidate records in recruiting systems
- Track recruiting activities and provide store staffing status updates to brand leadership
- Be an active and engaged participant by bringing ideas, suggestions, and solutions.
What You'll Need
- 4-5+ years of recruiting experience
- Ability to work Monday-Friday in our Lehi, UT office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Effective administrative skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules
- Ability to create and utilize tools for planning, tracking, and goal achievement
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure

- Experience with Monday.com, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Suite, including Teams, Outlook Calendar, MS Word, Excel
Working Conditions
The position requires seeing, hearing, and speaking (verbally and audibly). Must be able to ascend/descend stairs, sit/stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel. May work outdoors in various weather conditions. Extended computer use and travel may be required. Must function effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must be responsive and alert at work, with disclosure of any pharmaceuticals that may impair performance. Stressors are natural and ongoing.
