Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our Indianapolis hiring team. You’ll help keep the hiring process organized and provide a positive experience for candidates.

Responsibilities include reviewing resumes, coordinating and scheduling phone interviews, communicating interview details to candidates and internal teams, and maintaining accurate recruiting records.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, service-oriented approach.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort navigating computer systems.
• Recruiting or scheduling experience is helpful, but not required.

What You'll Do:

• Review resumes and applications to help identify candidates who meet role requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule phone interviews between candidates and Recruiters.
• Communicate interview details and updates to candidates and internal teams.
• Keep candidate information and recruiting records accurate and up to date.
• Assist Recruiters with other coordination and administrative tasks as needed.

Hourly Rate

$21 - $23 USD
