Job summary

PrideNow is seeking a recruiter to manage end-to-end talent acquisition for internal and external candidates, guiding the process from interview through placement. The role involves collaborating with management to forecast HR needs and align hiring with company objectives.

The recruiter will extend offers, coordinate relocation if needed, and stay informed about wages, benefits, and HR policies to ensure compliant and competitive hiring practices.
