In this role, you will master interview scheduling, ensure smooth logistics, and maintain exceptional candidate experiences while collaborating with recruiters, HR, and IT to drive efficient hiring processes.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of Recruiting Coordinator or similar experience.
• Experience in high-volume administrative roles; tech industry preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with obsessive attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Master the Schedule: Coordinate high-volume, complex interview schedules across multiple time zones.
• Own the Details: Confirm logistical details and serve as primary contact for candidate inquiries.
• Be the Ultimate Host: Maintain timely, professional candidate communications.
• Guard the Data: Ensure data integrity in the ATS.
• Partner for Success: Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities.
• Step Up: Support ad-hoc projects, recruiting events, and reporting.
