Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Associate Consultant to identify, interview and qualify job seekers for permanent roles in your local market. You will build strong relationships with candidates by coaching them through resume edits and interview pointers, and match them with the right companies and positions.

A typical day includes sourcing candidates, posting jobs, interviewing, preparing candidates for client interviews, and guiding offers—all in a relationship-focused sales

• Contact candidates post-interview to recap and outline next steps.
• Deliver job offers and manage the offer process for candidates.
• Maintain relationships with placed candidates to foster referrals and additional business opportunities.
• Proactive cold calling to identify prospective candidates and clients; foundational outreach is key to success.

As an Associate Consultant, you will find, interview and qualify job seekers for permanent roles with companies and organizations in your local market. Your day will be spent engaging with people over the phone, via email and in person. You will build strong relationships with job seekers by coaching them throughout every step of the job search process - from resume editing tips & tricks to interview pointers through post-interview breakdown and accepting a new position. In the time not spent finding the next great candidate for the job, you will meet with your team to discuss open positions, post advertisements for open jobs and learn to utilize online sourcing tools and resources. To be a successful Associate Consultant, you must be resourceful, have strong personal initiative and be a fantastic judge of character. It will be up to your individual discretion to determine the right job fit based on the job seeker's capabilities and business character. Beacon Hill will rely on you to find good candidates and select them from the many individuals vying to become Beacon Hill candidates. Then, you will match them with the right companies, jobs and work environments. You will not just be reading resumes. You must look beyond that and read people. This is a relationship-focused sales position; the harder you work, the more results you will see. Every day, you'll come in ready to hold yourself accountable to your goals and build your book of business.
