You will interview candidates, build relationships with customers and staff, and help develop job descriptions while maintaining a fast-paced, onsite work environment with regular 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.

Qualifikationen

• 0-5 years of staffing or recruitment experience; entry level encouraged.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 or older.

Aufgaben

• Identify and source quality and diverse candidates via multiple venues.
• Assist with the development of job descriptions and post all open positions.
• Interview candidates to evaluate qualifications through phone and in-person interviews.
• Hire qualified candidates after completing pre-employment checks and documentation.
• Build professional relationships with customers, employees, and staff.
• Maintain employee files and paperwork.
• Assist with data entry and payroll.
