Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source and screen quality, diverse candidates via job boards, campus fairs, social media, and other channels.
• Assist with job description development and post open positions.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess qualifications.
• Hire qualified candidates after pre-employment tests and background checks.
• Build relationships with customers, employees, and staff.
• Maintain employee files and paperwork; assist with data entry and payroll.
