Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse daily workload across recruiting, operations, reporting, and meetings.
• Collaborate in a fast paced, team oriented environment with shared phone coverage.
• Prioritize premium roles and maintain strong, high value candidate pipelines.
• Leverage multiple recruitment technologies to source, engage, and cold call prospective candidates.
• Support incoming calls from Healthcare Professionals, School Based Professionals, and clients; ensure timely assistance.
• Review onboarding workflow and learn Amergis requirements and processes.
