Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing in Knoxville is seeking a Recruiter Trainee to develop essential skills in sourcing, screening, selecting, and placing candidates. The training lasts about 13 weeks with an hourly rate of $21.26 and potential overtime.

After successful completion, you will be promoted to Recruiter 1 with a base salary of $52,500 and uncapped commission potential. You will manage a diverse workload across Recruiting, Operations, Reporting and Meetings in a collaborative field-office

Responsibilities

Manage a diverse daily workload across Recruiting, Operations, Reporting, and Meetings.
Collaborate in a fast-paced, team environment with shared phone coverage.
Prioritize premium roles and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
Leverage recruitment technologies to source and engage candidates.
Support calls from Healthcare Professionals, School Based Professionals, and clients.
Navigate onboarding workflow and learn Amergis requirements.
