Job summary

Aerotek in Pittsburgh is seeking a Strategic Delivery Recruiter to identify and place qualified candidates for major clients. You will screen, interview, and engage candidates while delivering customer-focused service and market intelligence to leadership.

The role emphasizes collaboration within cross-functional teams, partnerships with sourcing and vendor teams, and contributing to community initiatives through volunteering and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Collaborated in a team oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Perform customer service related activities.
• Provide local market, skill set and client intelligence to team leads and provide strategic recommendations.
• Partner with Applicant Sourcers, Contractor Care Reps, and Vendor Management Specialists to deliver a great candidate experience.
• Work with Strategic Delivery leadership to identify top accounts, target skill sets and key market segments.
• Volunteer and partner with philanthropic organizations.

Let’s talk money and perks!

Aerotek offers a base salary of $45,000with unlimited earning potential through commissions after the hourly training period. Upon one year of employment, you will also receive a raise in your base salary to $55,000 with the opportunity to continue earning commission and performance-based incentives (quarterly bonuses, all-expense paid trip, company funded investment plan). Projected Recruiter Earnings:

Year 1: $50,000

Year 2: $76,000

Year 3: $102,000
