Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Recruiter to identify and screen qualified candidates, and collaborate with Account Managers to target skill sets for key accounts.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with industry contacts, candidate care, and contributing to community partnerships. Eligible candidates should have customer or sales experience and prefer a Bachelor’s degree.

Upon successful completion of our hourly training period, Aerotek offers a base salary of $70,304with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission.
