Job summary

LHH in Chicago is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring of Tax professionals for a 6-month Contract to Hire arrangement. The role is hybrid with three days onsite in the Loop.

Responsibilities include full-cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating interviews while maintaining strong candidate experience and accurate ATS documentation. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of stable recruitment experience.
• Recent experience recruiting for Tax professionals.
• Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS is required.
• Experience recruiting for CPA firms is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to work a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite per week.

Recruiter - Tax Associates

Contract to Hire (6 months)

Hybrid in Chicago (Loop)

Pay Rate | $45-50/hour

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring of Tax professionals for a Contract to Hire opportunity for our client in Chicago.

Responsibilities

Pay Details

$45.00 to $50.00 per hour
