This hybrid position is based in Mobile, AL, with the work location listed as Hybrid remote in Montgomery, AL 36104, and focuses on sourcing, engaging, and attracting candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Reporting through the talent acquisition process, the role manages full-cycle recruiting and uses recruiting metrics to improve hiring outcomes. The position also partners closely with hiring managers to align talent needs with first-day readiness and throughout the selection process.

Role focus

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Foshee Residential Management Company, including sourcing, candidate engagement, and attraction
• Manage candidate experience across the hiring process with timely communication and feedback
• Track and analyze recruiting KPIs to support continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent
• Craft job descriptions and postings designed to reach and engage the right candidates
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future opportunities
• Manage job postings across external job boards, social media, and the ATS
• Stay engaged with hiring managers to meet ongoing talent needs across the organization
• Work with hiring managers to ensure first day readiness
• Ensure positive candidate experiences throughout the process
• Maintain timely communication and feedback during recruiting
• Represent company culture and values during the recruiting process
• Track and analyze recruitment KPIs

Requirements

• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting across multiple industries
• Proficiency with talent acquisition tools, including an ATS
• Experience with campus recruitment
• Knowledge of employment and labor law
• Exception communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Driver's License
• English (Required)
