Job summary

Foshee Residential is seeking a results-driven Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of apartment communities in the Alabama / Mississippi area. This role focuses on driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and team success across multiple properties.

You will develop and manage annual budgets, monitor performance, review monthly variance reports, and supervise property managers and onsite teams to ensure occupancy, revenue goals, and high-quality resident service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of property management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong budgets, reporting, and property performance experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• CAM, CPM, or similar certification preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

About the Opportunity

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and support Property Managers and onsite teams
• Assist with staffing, hiring, and team development
• Foster a high-performing, collaborative work environment

Property Performance

• Oversee day-to-day operationsacross assigned properties
• Ensure communities meet occupancy and revenue goals
• Support and evaluate marketing and leasing strategies

Projects & Asset Management

• Coordinate and oversee capital improvement projects
• Ensure properties maintain strong curb appeal and operational standards
• Identify opportunities for property enhancements

Resident Experience

• Support initiatives that drive resident satisfaction and retention
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of property management experiencewith staff supervision
