Job description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Recruiting Administrator to join our Human Resources team. This position plays an important role in supporting the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a positive and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers. This is an entry level position needing 1-2+ years of recruiting experience.

The Recruiting Administrator will manage recruiting activities from job description development and candidate sourcing through interviewing, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding. The position also supports key HR administrative functions, including employee travel and company fleet administration.

What You'll Do
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection support, and onboarding.
  • Partner with department leaders to develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Source qualified candidates using applicant tracking systems, databases, social media, and targeted outreach.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and overall alignment with the position and organization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain consistent communication.
  • Coordinate interviews, distribute calendars, and collect hiring-manager feedback.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity, and status information within Paycor Recruiting or a similar ATS
  • Manage open job postings across the company website and external recruiting platforms.
  • Track open requisitions and filled positions and prepare monthly recruiting metrics and reports.
  • Coordinate pre-employment and new-hire requirements, including background checks, drug screens, Form I-9, and E-Verify
  • Conduct and manage new-hire orientation and ensure required onboarding documentation is completed.
  • Maintain new-hire and termination information within applicable company systems.
  • Support HR documentation, recruiting initiatives, process improvements, and special projects.
  • Support company fleet operations, including vehicle assignments, fuel cards, maintenance coordination, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies related to fleet usage and travel expenses.
Why This Role?

This is an opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys owning the hiring process rather than simply coordinating it. You'll work directly with hiring managers across multiple departments, interact with candidates throughout the entire hiring lifecycle, and contribute to recruiting strategy, reporting, onboarding, and broader HR initiatives.
