WORK LOCATION: Atlanta, GA (On-Site)

POSITION REPORTS TO: HR Vice President

WORK TYPE: ON SITE 5 Days Per Week (Not Remote/Not Hybrid)

JOB SUMMARY:

As the Corporate Recruiter/Talent Acquisition at WinCup, you will serve as the HR ambassador, strategically sourcing talent to support the organization’s growth initiatives. You will be actively involved in every phase of the hiring process, including sourcing and screening candidates, providing hiring recommendations, and building a robust talent pipeline through proactive recruitment strategies. In addition, this position will engage in HR generalist activities as part of the Corporate HR Support Service Team.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years corporate recruiting experience, with knowledge of professional services-based recruiting strongly preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; growth mindset and willingness to dive in where priorities require leadership
  • Strong strategic thinker – ability to see and manage “the big picture” while driving impact on specific initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills
  • Ability to build great relationships with hiring managers, business/community partners, consultants at all levels, and HR colleagues
  • Proactive problem solver capable of identifying issues and generating solutions; desire and energy to continuously improve recruiting processes
  • Ability to coordinate multiple streams of information, work independently and close attention to detail
  • Demonstrated initiative, judgment and maturity; track record as self-starter; mindful of external reputation; discreet, respectful and caring with confidential information
  • Flexibility to deal with last minute changes; ability to remain calm under pressure; comfortable working with minimal direction and flexibility to work flexible hours as required based on candidates availability
  • Ability to look beyond own responsibilities in order to help business partners with time sensitive deadlines as needed
  • Coordinate with department leadership and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
  • Successfully source viable applicants proactively through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional network platforms
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
  • Organize and attend recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
  • Network with local organizations and educational institutions to create strong relationships to promote the WinCup brand.
The ideal candidate will have a proven successful track record in the following skills:

Candidate Sourcing:

Utilizing various channels like job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and professional organizations to identify qualified candidates.

Developing recruitment strategies:

Creating and executing targeted recruitment plans aligned with company goals and current market trends.

Reviewing resumes and applications, conducting preliminary phone screens, and shortlisting qualified candidates for further evaluation.

Interviewing:

Conducting in-depth interviews with potential candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit that align with targeted talent needs.

Providing feedback to hiring managers, making informed hiring recommendations based on candidate assessments and position requirements.

On-boarding support:

Assisting with the on-boarding process of new acquired talent.

Market research:

Staying updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and salary benchmarks to enhance recruitment strategies.

Employer branding:

Promoting the company's culture, values and offerings to attract top talent.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or similar field preferred

SHRM certification ideal

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE and Additional SKILLS:

  • 5 years’ experience in a talent acquisition with successful placement of complex and specialty roles in a manufacturing/production industry
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various sourcing, interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Strong sourcing and networking abilities
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (Paycor a plus)
  • Analytical skills to evaluate candidate data and make informed decisions
  • Understanding of employment laws and compliance in multiple states
  • Strategic thinking and ability to adapt to changing market conditions

  • Strong organization skills with ability to independently adjust and manage multiple priorities with thoroughness and accuracy.
  • Proficient understanding of the importance of accurate documentation, and maintain an accurate record-keeping system.
  • Preferred candidate is focused, organized and thorough.
  • A positive, continuous -improvement focused approach and willingness to learn coupled with the ability to work in a team environment.
