Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a results-oriented Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional to support hiring for field, warehouse, and administration teams from its Peachtree Corners, GA office.

You will own full-life cycle recruiting and partner with managers across the East region and beyond. The role involves sourcing, interviewing, and representing the company at career fairs and events, with up to 5 days of travel per quarter.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-life cycle recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Own full-life cycle recruiting and sourcing while managing requisitions across multiple offices and lines of business.
• Partner with hiring managers to recruit employees across the East and beyond for skilled residential, commercial, and entry door installers, service technicians, warehouse associates, and administration roles.
• Use creative talent acquisition sourcing strategies to identify and attract talent.
• Conduct initial phone/video interviews and serve as the applicant's primary point of contact throughout evaluation.
• Represent the company at recruiting events, including career fairs and campus fairs.

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a results-oriented Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional to support hiring for field, warehouse, and administration teams from its Peachtree Corners, GA office.

What you'll do

• Own full-life cycle recruiting and sourcing while managing requisitions across multiple offices and lines of business
• Partner with hiring managers to recruit employees across the East and beyond, including roles for skilled residential, commercial, and entry door installers, service technicians, warehouse associates, and administration and manager requisitions
• Use creative Talent Acquisition sourcing strategies to identify and attract talent
• Conduct initial phone/video interviews and act as the applicants' primary point of contact throughout evaluation to ensure a positive experience
• Professionally represent the company at recruiting events, including career fairs, campus fairs, and technical school engagements

What you bring

• Minimum 3 years of full-life cycle recruiting and sourcing experience, plus a Bachelor's degree (or an equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered)
• Strong communication skills, along with excellent organizational and time management abilities to balance multiple priorities
• Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter to East area locations for recruiting activities and relationship-building with schools, and to attend virtual and in-person career/job fairs for interviews (with mileage reimbursed for work-related travel)
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
