As a Recruiter / Staffing Coordinator, you will manage candidates through the complete lifecycle—from initial screening to final placement—operating within a performance-driven, accountability-focused remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Pipeline Ownership: Conduct virtual interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and alignment with open roles.
• Timely Requisition Submissions: Submit qualified candidates to open requisitions according to established timelines, maintaining a robust weekly pipeline.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and confirm candidate interviews with internal teams and hiring leads.
• Retention & Fallout Reduction: Proactively follow up with candidates throughout the process to reduce drop-offs and maintain engagement.
• Onboarding & Compliance: Ensure candidates complete all required onboarding and compliance documentation accurately and promptly.
• ATS & KPI Management: Maintain up-to-date records in Bullhorn ATS, tracking personal metrics (submissions, interviews, placements) and participating in weekly pipeline reviews.
• Strategic Prioritization: Manage requisitions based on urgency, identifying process bottlenecks and proactively executing solutions.
• Professional Communication: Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication across all internal and external stakeholders.
