Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Recruiter in the United States to identify qualified candidates through sourcing tools, screen and interview applicants, and partner with Account Managers to target accounts and key market segments. You will build relationships with industry contacts and provide customer-service support to clients while contributing to charitable initiatives in the community.

Initial compensation includes a base salary of $45,000 with weekly commission, rising to $55,000 after one year, plus

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates using recruiting tools.
• Screen and interview candidates.
• Partner with Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform various customer service-related activities.
• Volunteer and partner with philanthropic organizations.
