Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience identifying qualified candidates.
• Ability to build relationships with industry contacts.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with Account Manager to identify top accounts and key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships to generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform various customer service related activities.
