Aerotek is seeking a Recruiter to identify and interview candidates, and to partner with Account Managers to target key markets. You will build relationships, perform customer service tasks, and contribute to community initiatives while advancing in a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment is advantageous.
• Customer or sales-focused experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through sourcing tools and methods.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with Account Manager to identify top accounts and market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts for referrals and leads.
• Perform customer service-related activities.
• Contribute to community through volunteering and partnerships.
