Job summary

Aerotek, based in Sarasota, Florida, is seeking a Recruiter to identify qualified candidates, screen and interview applicants, and collaborate with Account Managers to target top accounts and market segments. You will build relationships with industry contacts, perform customer service tasks, and contribute to philanthropic initiatives.

Starting base salary is $45,000 with weekly commissions; after one year, base salary increases to $55,000 with continued earning potential through commissions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with your Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform various customer service-related activities.
• Give back to your community by volunteering and partnering with various philanthropic organizations.
