Job summary

Aerotek in Florida is seeking a Recruiter to identify qualified candidates, screen and interview them, and partner with Account Managers to target key accounts and market segments. You will build relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads, while delivering strong customer-service support.

The role offers an earning-driven compensation with a base salary during training and commission potential; Year 1 earnings around $50k, with growth to $76k and $102k in later

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform various customer service-related activities.
• Volunteer and partner with philanthropic organizations.
