Job summary

Coda Staffing in Paramus, NJ is expanding our Professional Services recruiting team and offering a hybrid work model with in-office presence Tue-Thu and WFH on Mon & Fri. We seek a recruiter with at least one year of experience to deliver full-cycle recruitment for a range of industries, including CPG, Finance, Retail, Tech, Pharma, and Healthcare.

• Manage interview process end-to-end and close deals.
• Stay informed on hiring trends and needs; attend conferences if necessary.

Candidates must have at least one year of recruiting experience.

You will have the opportunity to deliver true full-cycle recruitment, including:

• Recruiting and qualifying interviewing candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, internal ATS, social media, and referrals.
• Interact with high-caliber candidates and clients, including Fortune 100 companies and startups.
• Manage the interview "courtship" from beginning to end... and CLOSING DEALS!
• Learn about ongoing trends and hiring needs; attend conferences if necessary
