Job summary

Coda Search is looking for an entry-level Technology Recruiter to learn the business through a research role and support a wide range of searches across our technology practice. The role emphasizes outbound outreach and candidate development as you grow into a full desk recruiter.

You will build candidate lists, research target companies, and screen applicants while developing the skills to engage with top hedge funds and financial services clients in NYC.

Qualifications

• This role thrives in outbound sales.
• Internships or experience in technology and business development is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year sales experience.
• Must be commutable to NYC – 530 5th Ave 3 times/week.

We’re looking to add an entry level Technology Recruiter that will join Coda and learn the business through a research role, supporting that vast amount of searches our team is working in. The ultimate goal for the role is to work into a full desk recruiter.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in outbound sales. Internships or experience in the technology and business development space is a plus.
