Adecco is assisting our client in Portland, ME, by recruiting a Recruiter who will source, attract, and select qualified candidates for a variety of positions, partnering with hiring managers to deliver an efficient, high-quality recruitment process and build talent pipelines. This short-term role (3-6 months) runs Monday–Friday with hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and pays $34 per hour.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, screen and present candidates, maintain accurate ATS records, and stay informed

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience managing full cycle recruitment processes.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with recruiting technologies and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, and selection best practices.
• Ability to work in a metric-driven environment.
• Insurance industry experience and HR certifications are a plus.

Position Summary

Pay Details: $34.00 per hour
