Charles River Community Health is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter – Per Diem to join their HR team. Pay Range: $27.00-$38.00/hour

As part of the Human Resources team at Charles River Community Health (CRCH), a healthcare practice providing comprehensive and compassionate care to underserved communities, the Healthcare Recruiter – Per Diem will play a crucial role in acquiring top talent in order to move the mission forward and drive growth.Charles River Community Health has a constant need to quickly fill critical positions that serve our patients and community. The Healthcare Recruiter – Per Diem is driven, energetic, creative, and hungry for success, meeting the needs of hiring managers across the organization by constantly developing talent pools that they can tap into on short notice. This is a new position for Charles River Community Health, so the Healthcare Recruiter – Per Diem must have a knack for innovation, be able to effectively communicate their ideas, and be capable of delivering results while the playbook is still being written.
Note : this position requires a minimum commitment of ten hours per week.
